                                              EVENT REPORT

Name of the Event: Go Green Challenge. Event Organized by SEEE members.

Event description: As we can see a lot of pollution and the number of trees being cut down is very large and planting of trees is very less.

We cannot increase the number at once so we came up with a small idea of increasing this count, not on a large scale but on a small scale, as most of us are at home we came up with an event called go green where we plant small saplings and to grow them.

As we all know most of us are not very much interested in these kinds of things but we wanted to change this, so we members first planted saplings and we nominated some others so as to create a chain we clicked some photos of us with the saplings we had planted and posted on our Instagram page and then we had also nominated our friends to participate in the event.

To make this event more enthusiastic and to make a greater number of people to plant, we had kept prize money, and to make it transparent none of the members are involved in the event, we were only the spark of the event so that we are not the ones who say but were the ones who implement first.

The procedure to participate in this event the participants have to send their picture of them planting the sapling and send the photo to the page and we shall post it on our Instagram page and they have to promote their picture and we had not taken any amount as participation fees all the prize money is from the members of the club.

Prize pool: The prize pool is 600 rupees.

Start of event: we had started this event on 19^th October 2020.

End of event: The event was ended on 28^th October 2020.

Participants: The number of participants were 25 people out of them we had selected three people as the winners.

Selection of the winners: The winners are selected on the basis of like they had obtained.

Details of the winners: The first prize was obtained by BOMMANA CHANDRA SHEKHARA RAO (18131A0215) with 16833 likeS and The second prize winner is KOKKERAGADDA SUNETHRI(18131A0247) with 1591 likes and the last prize winner is P.V. SATYA (19131A0279) with 1159 likes.
