 Event description:

The JAM & GD event conducted by the SEEE of GVPCE(A) was organized to enhance students’ communication skills, confidence, and critical thinking abilities.

• The event began with a brief introduction about JAM (Just A Minute) and GD (Group Discussion) and their importance in improving public speaking and analytical skills among students.

• Students actively participated in the JAM session, where they spoke for one minute on different topics, helping them improve their spontaneity, clarity of thought, and confidence while speaking.

• The Group Discussion (GD) session encouraged participants to express their opinions, listen to others’ viewpoints, and develop team communication and leadership skills.

• The faculty members guided the students throughout the event, providing valuable suggestions on effective communication, presentation, and discussion techniques.

• The activity created a lively and interactive environment, allowing students to overcome stage fear and improve their ability to articulate ideas clearly.

• Our faculty appreciated the enthusiasm and active participation shown by the students during both JAM and GD rounds.

• The event successfully helped students enhance their speaking abilities, confidence, and collaborative discussion skills, making it a productive and engaging experience for everyone involved.
